Dick Jonckowski MC's at Partnership Annual Golf Event
September 15, 2008 at Wild Marsh Golf Course

Dick Jonckowski was the featured speaker and announced the prize winners. Dick Jonckowski has been the public announcer for the Minnesota Gopher men's baseball and basketball teams. He is a regional emcee at numerous charitable events.  Nicknamed "The Polish Eagle", Dick has been a guest speaker and emcee at various events since 1965. He has been the PA voice of Gopher baseball and basketball since 1986. With his motto "Laugh and Live Longer", he has entertained all over the U.S. and Canada with his quick wit and spontaneity. He had the crowd at the Wild Marsh golf course doing belly laughs that had the place humming.

Once again extra effort paid off with an outstanding event. Shelley Paulson of Summerset Studies took photographs of the activities, and many nice prizes were awarded. For instance, the continuous ball in play contests by Vantage Point Partners awarded $400 to the team that continuously kept the ball in play and then were picked out of the drawing at the end. The Larson Allen team won this contest. The putting contest sponsored by Schlenner & Wenner was won by Brett Weis of WSB and he won half of the cash collected for this event. The winning team (lowest score) was a team put together at the last minute and included Steve Graffunder of Henningson Snoxell law firm, Kendra Lettau of HTG architects, Paul Kangas of Loucks Associates, and Dennis Meadows of Vantage Point Partners.

The platinum sponsors for this event included Franklin Outdoor Advertising, KKE Architects, SRF consulting group, Veolia Environmental services, and WSB & Associates.
