Partnership
held their 4th Annaul Golf tournament
at Wild Marsh in Buffalo, MN.
The Wright County Economic Development Partnership held
its annual golf tournament at the Wild Marsh Golf Course
in Buffalo on September 7, 2006 . There were 103 golfers
pre-registered and there were company presentations on 12
of the 18 tee boxes.
Summerset Studios took photographs of the individual
teams, and provided a printed copy to everyone, who played.
The Nelson Building & Development Ball in Play contest
winner was a team from Schlenner & Wenner that shared
the $400 prize. The fastest team contest prize presented
by Weatherhill Commercial was also won by the Schlenner
& Wenner team. The team that had the lowest score (Best
Game) was the WSB & Associates team. Second place went
to the TKDA team. There were many other prizes awarded.
Live music by Bill Greenwood of Delano accompanied
the network social hour before and during dinner. Dinner
was a barbecued chicken buffet presented by the Waterstones
of Wild Marsh.
This event was designed to attract development professionals
such as accountants, architects, attorneys, bankers, contractors,
developers, and realtors. These people are interested in
meeting community leaders in Wright county, and they are
interested in being part of the development activity in
Wright County . Sponsors for the event included: Bonestroo

Partnership exists to enhance the business climate of Wright
County and to help create more jobs in Wright County . The
strategies the Partnership uses to achieve its mission include
being an information resource and finding technical assistance;
aiding business development through Business Retention &
