New
Industrial Park being planned
off Highway 55 in Wright County.
Rockford
, MN -- In an area halfway between Buffalo and Rockford
at a placed called “Dickinson Springs” a new 75 acre industrial
park is close to final plat approval. A partnership of private
individuals has been working with RLK, a land development
company, to solidify plans and achieve the best design layout
for the industrial park which will be named Whispering Winds.
Whispering Winds Industrial park has been in the planning
process for well over a year and has been given an extreme
amount of attention to detail and the ownership is excited
to bring new opportunity to Wright County .
Whispering
Winds gives business owners flexibility with great highway
access and the allowance of outside storage that is available
to the purchasers which is becoming a scarce commodity anywhere
within the twin cities. Whispering Winds will have approximately
21 sites ranging from 1.5 to 7 acres in size and multiple
adjoining lots can be combined to satisfy larger users.

Brass & Andrew Odney of Welsh Companies is the broker
